Two Ingredient Fudge

This Christmas season got away from me. Buddy & I got sick & took nearly two weeks to kick our virus which put a big, HUGE dent in our holiday baking time. If I wanted to get all my favorites in, I was gonna have to find some good shortcuts.

Enter two ingredient fudge!

It’s easy, it’s fast, it’s creamy, it’s fantastic!

Two Ingredient Fudge (from Nancy’s Kitchen)

1 can milk chocolate frosting
1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

I wasn’t kidding.

Melt your chocolate chips…


Stir in the can of frosting…(this is a great one for kids to help with!)


Here’s where it gets complicated. Not.

Mix well…


(Then forget to take any more pictures…oops…sorry!)

Spread into an 8×8 or 9×9 pan lined with foil. Pop it in the fridge for a few hours until it is set. Pull the fudge out using the foil & cut into squares. Store in the fridge.

This recipe also comes in handy when you realize that you have already eaten all of the fudge & it’s just now Christmas Eve…oops. Whip up a batch in no time at all!
